If you need your print faster, select a paid shipping option for faster delivery. All prints come from the United States and originals come from Woodinville, Wa in the USA. When will I get my Print or Original Painting?

Prints normally ship in 2-5 days and delivery is based on location. If you purchase an original painting that is currently with a gallery, then there may be a 1-2 day delay. The Free Shipping option is standard shipping in the USA and usually comes in 5-10 days.

What Print Quality can I expect?

Some prints are limited on size based on print resolution and we are striving to update all of our prints to the highest resolution to offer larger sizes. Sizes will automatically be updated based on available resolutions. If there is a print you would like in a special medium or size, please send us an email for a custom fit.

What mediums and sizes are available for prints?

We have over 50 different printing options available from Matte Fine Art Paper, Watercolor paper, Lustre paper, Canvas Prints, Fuji Pearl, Metal Prints. We have limited the options on our site to the most popular options but if you have a special need, just send us an email and we can make other mediums available. Sizes are based on print resolution, and available sizes will automatically be calculated. If you have a specific size needed, we can create a custom size if you send us an email.

What is Oil on Print?

This product is a hybrid between an original and a print. Basically, I order a print on canvas, stretched on gallery stretcher, and paint over sections of it with oil paint creating depth and texture. Each work of these limited "oil on print" editions becomes a variation on the original. It's a way of offering the print at a price similar to the print but the feel of an original. Basically it is a canvas print that I paint over with Oil to give it depth and texture and looks more like an original, but at the cost of a print. It then becomes a Limited Edition Oil Print. Frame not included. Border is black. Allow time for shipping and painting. See a short video on the process.

What is the Live Preview Feature?

The live preview is a feature that is compatible with the iPhone (Safari browser) to be able to see any print or original painting on your wall. Just click on "Live Preview" while in the Safari browser and it will automatically pull up your cell phone camera so you can view a painting on your wall. Stand about 10 feet away from your desired wall. This is a great way to see how a painting will look on your wall and make sure you are selecting the best size. We also offer the "Wall Preview" feature to play around with how a painting will look in different rooms and with different wall colors.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on prints and originals. If a print is damaged during shipping or unsatisfactory, we will replace the print at no cost. Please send it back within 14 days for a full money back guarantee. You are responsible for shipping charges on all returns. You have 14 days to return an original painting for any reason as long as it is not damaged in any way. If there is any sign of damage to an original painting you will not be refunded. Please email if you have any questions.

What is your Privacy Policy?

We take privacy very seriously. We do not share any data or information with any third-party vendors. We only use your email address to keep in touch, which you are able to opt-out of for any reason.

What do you Call your Style?

I focus on a blend of Colorful Abstract Impressionism and focus on Color, Texture and the Mood of the paintings. I like to create a calm but uplifting "feel" to each painting. See my full Artist Interview to learn more about my style, my inspiration, my process and the mediums I use.
